Since the region is renowned for its exceptional seafood, we invite you to embark on a culinary voyage with a delectable seafood gratin crafted from the freshest catch of the morning! You will also get the chance to indulge further into Mauritian cuisine with a revitalising palm heart & smoked marlin salad, an exquisite Mauritian delicacy.
